No Bake Protein Bites

Makes (roughly) 20 bites 

What you will need

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes chopped
  • 2 cups organic oats
  • 1 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup flax seed meal
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup honey (substitute with a 1/4 cup of maple syrup to make these vegan)
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric 

Directions

  • Chop up dried cranberries and coconut flakes
  • Mix everything together thoroughly
  • Roll into tight balls with the palm of your hands
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes
  • ENJOY!
